Zime Turkish Coffee is ground very fine for the traditional Turkish method. The medium roast balances aroma, bitterness and strength, and the very fine grind builds Turkish coffee's particular texture and thickness. For brewing in a cezve or coffee pot, for lovers of traditional coffee.
